We reserve the right to compile and share aggregated information about our users, transactions completed using our service, sales, and traffic, though we will not share this information in a manner that permits the identification of a specific user.
We may also use your Personal Information to provide customer support; resolve technical issues; provide technical support or customer support; assist with entering, editing, or updating information in your account; respond to requests for assistance; analyze reported problems; and repair and improve the products, services and web sites offered by National Document Registry, Inc or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated entities.
4. Protection of Your Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to maintain the safety of your Personal Information. For example, sensitive Personal Information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and access to your account information requires a username and password. Though no service is impenetrable, our service is built on top of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Amazon maintains ISO 27001 and SAS70 Type II certification for the AWS infrastructure, and has years of experience managing and securing large-scale data centers. We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise share your Personal Information to third parties or any data that you store using our services to any third party except as outlined in this privacy policy or with your consent. This does not include trusted third parties we partner with to assist us in operating our web site, conducting and improving our business, or servicing you, in which case we may provide access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks. Additionally, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.
